We at Leicagoodies aim to have an excellent relationship with our customers. Therefore it is important to be informed about what you as a customer can expect from us. The terms and conditions below are applicable to any order made with Leicagoodies, either through our website or by using the order form provided or otherwise.

By placing an order with Leicagoodies you accept these terms and conditions.

1. General

- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries concerning products marketed through the Leicagoodies website or the printed Leicagoodies catalogue.

2. Placing an order

- You can place an order either by using the 'buy' buttons on the website or by sending a completed order form to us by regular mail.

- We will not accept orders placed though direct e-mails to one of the Leicagoodies e-mail addresses.

- Your order is accepted after full payment has been received by Leicagoodies.

3. Price of products

- All products are priced in US$ including Dutch VAT of 19%.

- Prices of products exclude shipping and handling charges. We use two fixed priced shipping options. Registered mail is mandatory for orders with a value over US$ 100.

- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Already placed and paid orders will not be affected by prices changes.

- Leicagoodies is not liable for any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed on a buyer.

4. Payments

- Payments can be made through Paypal or by means of cash.

- Paypal payments can only be made in US$. We accept US$ and Euro as payment currencies for cash payments. Please use the information on the website to convert US$ to Euro.

- There is no minimum order amount.

5. Delivery of products

- Shipping the order usually takes place within 3 working days of receiving your payment.

- Exceptions on the previous are possible due to products being out of stock or on back order. If this is the case, we will inform you of this and inform you of the expected shipping date. In this case you can request to be refunded your payment. Alternatively you can request to have your order sent in multiple packages. No extra shipping cost will be charged for this.

- In case of refunding your payment under the condition mentioned before, we will refund the purchase amount of your order. Leicagoodies is not liable for any costs you may incur in receiving this payment.

- We try to ship orders in one package as much as possible.

- We use the Dutch postal service (TNT Post) for all our shipping. We can inform you of delivery times as indicated by TNT Post to your location. We cannot be held liable if these delivery times are not met.

- On special request we can use other shipping methods such as Fedex. In this case however please contact us to discuss the details.

6. Product liability

- All our products have been tested by us before being made available to our customers. Leicagoodies however can not be held liable for any damage in whatever form arising from the use of our products.
